CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly value your time and mine. To ensure I can provide the best care for all my clients, please note the following late and cancellation policies. Late policy: There is a 10-minute grace period in which you will still receive the full service. If 10 to 15 minutes late, you will receive a shortened service to ensure that I stay on schedule for all following appointments. If late 15+ minutes, you will need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, and the same-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellation/reschedule policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
